Continuous Progress Work of Aquaponics Project 

"The Solid Waste and Bio Filter"

OBJECTIVES

  • To implement the initial process of a project that has been planned before.

CONTENTS

1. Continue the work on building of aquaponics facilities.

The progress work are continued with the construction on the both filter, the solid waste filter and bio filter. I use a paint barrel as a filter medium for my aquaponic system setup.All cutting and measuring work should be done in a camp so that no errors will occur such as leaks or installation problems.

2. The leakage problem on the gutter grow beds.

After a few days of installing the gutter grow bed, there were problems such as the gutter having a small leak in the end cap. This is due to an incorrect gutter cutting technique error. But not a problem. I have used awning caulk to cover the leaking part on the gutter.

SUMMARY

  • The progress  work to produce the both filters such as solid waste and bio filters runs smoothly and also the maintenance work for the leaking on the gutter grow bed can be restored perfectly.

  Poster Approval Checking & Final Setup on Project Devices  OBJECTIVES To do a final review of the poster before it is printed for the presentation session. Do the troubleshoot and gather the measured data on the project devices. CONTENTS 1.  Final checking of the poster banner with Academic Supervisor (ASV). Before attend the demonstration day at Gemilang Hall on Wednesday 25/5/2022, I went through on final checking with my supervisor, Dr Zaki to get his comments on if there should be additions or improvements.
