Workshop 5 Technical Paper Preparation  & Gather Data on Measured Parameter in Aquaponics System

OBJECTIVES

  • To prepare the requirement needed in technical paper preparation
  • Continue perform the troubleshoot and gather the measured data on the project devices.

CONTENTS

1. Workshop 5 Final Year Project (FYP) Technical Paper Preparation

    In week 11, the presentation and defense proposal briefing was conducted on Microsoft Teams that involved the FYP Diploma/FYP1/FYP2/IFYP students and the attendance is compulsory. The briefing was conducted by Madam Punithavathi. 

Date: 11th May 2021

Time: 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM

Venue: Online Microsoft Teams

In this briefing, the Final Year Project (FYP) committees have briefed us about:

1. Preparation Technical Paper and Format of Technical Paper. 

2. Discussion Tip & Tricks of Technical Paper 



 


2. Gather all the information on measured parameters on aquaponics systems on week 3. 

The work are to collect all the data for this aquaponic system been continued in the 3rd week to see the condition response to water quality. The reading of each measured parameters such as dissolve oxygen, pH level and water temperature was taken according to different condition such as morning, evening and night.

SUMMARY

  • All the information from Madam Punitha are delivered to the students and ready for the preparation of the technical paper.
  • The simulation and troubleshooting process work on the project was implemented successfully collected for the water quality in the fish tank.

  Poster Approval Checking & Final Setup on Project Devices  OBJECTIVES To do a final review of the poster before it is printed for the presentation session. Do the troubleshoot and gather the measured data on the project devices. CONTENTS 1.  Final checking of the poster banner with Academic Supervisor (ASV). Before attend the demonstration day at Gemilang Hall on Wednesday 25/5/2022, I went through on final checking with my supervisor, Dr Zaki to get his comments on if there should be additions or improvements.   Search Academic Supervisor (ASV) & Final Year Project (FYP) Title Selection OBJECTIVES:   To find a Final Year Project (FYP) Supervisor to provide guidance on how to plan and assist in  performing the project. To produce a suitable title of  Final Year Project (FYP) for the registration. CONTENTS:      In the  1 st  week, I decided to search the lecturer that still available to be my supervisor for the Final Year Project (FYP). I contacted him, Dr Mohd Zaki Ayob directly and asked for his permission to be my Final Year Project (FYP) supervisor.
