FYP2 PRESENTATION & DEMONSTRATION DAY

OBJECTIVES

  • To attend the final presentation of the project during demonstration day
  • Do all the final setup before attend the final presentation.

CONTENTS

 

1. Presentation and demonstration during the defense proposal day

Date: 25 May 2021 (Wednesday)

Time: 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Venue: Gemilang Hall


During the day of the presentation, I and other students were placed in the Dewan Gemilang to do a project demonstration session. The assessors that judged on our presentation was Dr Ismail Adam and Madam Faezah.

    Both lecturers gave comments and encouragement on the projects I had done. They commented that my project works perfectly as well as benefits to everyone especially the user who want to be a farmer. and produce their own food production systems.

  Madam Faezah also gave an idea for further research where maybe the filters which I use to filter the impurities that been produced by the fish, can be replaced with plants grown in the ground. So, t
his means that fish waste will be channeled to the plant as a fertilizer that can provide a lot of nutrients to it.




2. Final setup before the presentation session

This was my last setup before the presentation session started at 9:30 AM. I put my final project devices outside the Gemilang Hall because of the limited space in the hall and also my project is carried out entirely using the solar system.

SUMMARY

  • Alhamdulillah all the session until the end went well. My project functionally well and I got a positive responds from both assessor regarding my project. So that I can keep continue proceed to completed my other assessment such as technical paper, logbook and final thesis.

  Poster Approval Checking & Final Setup on Project Devices  OBJECTIVES To do a final review of the poster before it is printed for the presentation session. Do the troubleshoot and gather the measured data on the project devices. CONTENTS 1.  Final checking of the poster banner with Academic Supervisor (ASV). Before attend the demonstration day at Gemilang Hall on Wednesday 25/5/2022, I went through on final checking with my supervisor, Dr Zaki to get his comments on if there should be additions or improvements.   Search Academic Supervisor (ASV) & Final Year Project (FYP) Title Selection OBJECTIVES:   To find a Final Year Project (FYP) Supervisor to provide guidance on how to plan and assist in  performing the project. To produce a suitable title of  Final Year Project (FYP) for the registration. CONTENTS:      In the  1 st  week, I decided to search the lecturer that still available to be my supervisor for the Final Year Project (FYP). I contacted him, Dr Mohd Zaki Ayob directly and asked for his permission to be my Final Year Project (FYP) supervisor. Dr Zaki asked me about the project that I would like to do in the final project.  Dr Zaki gave suggestions and ideas about the project he wanted.
