 Defense Proposal Day  & Finalized Presentation Slide

OBJECTIVES

  • To submit the presentation slide to the supervisor for checking process before presentation day
  • To do a presentation and demonstration during the defense proposal day

CONTENTS


1. Submit the presentation slide to supervisor for checking process

    Before the defense proposal day, I forward my presentation slides to my supervisor, Dr Zaki for checking process so he can give a review and comment about my work. He give comment which he say very good for the overall of the presentation slides. In addition, Dr Zaki suggest me to add the part of the Gantt Chart for Final Year Project 2 (FYP) and combines the objectives of the project into 1 sentences.


 

2. Presentation and demonstration during the defense proposal day

Date: 3 November 2021

Time: 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM

Venue: Online Microsoft Teams

 

    On the defense proposal day, I have been placed in room 3 with other students. The panel that judged our presentation was ASSOC PROF DR Zulkifli Abdul Kadir and Sir Hazizulden Abdul Aziz.

SUMMARY

  • The presentation went well and I got a positive responds from both assessor regarding my project.

  Poster Approval Checking & Final Setup on Project Devices  OBJECTIVES To do a final review of the poster before it is printed for the presentation session. Do the troubleshoot and gather the measured data on the project devices. CONTENTS 1.  Final checking of the poster banner with Academic Supervisor (ASV). Before attend the demonstration day at Gemilang Hall on Wednesday 25/5/2022, I went through on final checking with my supervisor, Dr Zaki to get his comments on if there should be additions or improvements.   Search Academic Supervisor (ASV) & Final Year Project (FYP) Title Selection OBJECTIVES:   To find a Final Year Project (FYP) Supervisor to provide guidance on how to plan and assist in  performing the project. To produce a suitable title of  Final Year Project (FYP) for the registration. CONTENTS:      In the  1 st  week, I decided to search the lecturer that still available to be my supervisor for the Final Year Project (FYP). I contacted him, Dr Mohd Zaki Ayob directly and asked for his permission to be my Final Year Project (FYP) supervisor.
