 Search Academic Supervisor (ASV) & Final Year Project (FYP) Title Selection

OBJECTIVES: 

  • To find a Final Year Project (FYP) Supervisor to provide guidance on how to plan and assist in  performing the project.
  • To produce a suitable title of  Final Year Project (FYP) for the registration.

CONTENTS:

    In the 1st week, I decided to search the lecturer that still available to be my supervisor for the Final Year Project (FYP). I contacted him, Dr Mohd Zaki Ayob directly and asked for his permission to be my Final Year Project (FYP) supervisor. Dr Zaki asked me about the project that I would like to do in the final project. 



Dr Zaki gave suggestions and ideas about the project he wanted. He gave me an idea to do a project that involving in an agriculture. He asked me to do a research and understand a little bit about the problems and solutions that are often faced by farmers in the agriculture sector.

The research that I gained from the article in the website about the common problem in aquponic system is Plant are Dying
  1. Too Many Fish in the Tank
  2. Pest Problems
  3. Algae Growth
  4. Dead Fish
  5. Water Temperature
  6. Contaminated Water
  7. Plant Nutrient Deficiency

SUMMARY:

  • Dr Zaki Ayob had approved to be my Final Year Project (FYP) supervisor.
  • I able to collect several information from the previous project
  • Review article/journal/thesis as the references to gain more information and obtained previous result

  FYP2 PRESENTATION & DEMONSTRATION DAY OBJECTIVES To attend the final presentation of the project during demonstration day Do all the final setup before attend the final presentation. CONTENTS   1.   Poster Approval Checking & Final Setup on Project Devices  OBJECTIVES To do a final review of the poster before it is printed for the presentation session. Do the troubleshoot and gather the measured data on the project devices. CONTENTS 1.  Final checking of the poster banner with Academic Supervisor (ASV). Before attend the demonstration day at Gemilang Hall on Wednesday 25/5/2022, I went through on final checking with my supervisor, Dr Zaki to get his comments on if there should be additions or improvements. He give comments that the poster was great but need little bit changed in terms of sentence structure and change the position of table or figure labelling.    2.  Perform the final setup of the circuit to face the demonstration day Before facing the demonstration day on Wednesday in the Gemilang hall, all the preparations in terms of hardware need to be done by conducting an final inspection of the hardware or components.   ...
